Orders ship from Ohio and should arrive within 2 to 14 business days. "Out-of-stock/Made to order" items will be shipped once the item is completed. Customer will be contacted by email to be notified of manufacture time. All orders will be completed as quickly as possible.

Items will be accepted for return due to manufacturing defect or dissatisfaction. Send item in original packaging to JLJewelry, 7791 Heathermoor Dr, Columbus, Oh 43235. We will be happy to provide a replacement or repair whenever possible, and if no remedy can be agreed upon, a refund will be issued.
